Christmas Message – A Prayer for the Stressed at Xmas and for the New Year

Merry Christmas

O Lord grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change

Plus, the courage to change the things I cannot accept

And the wisdom to ignore the Areshole that has a different opinion to mine.

And help me, O Lord to be careful of the toes on which I may step on today

As they may be connected to the arse that I may inadvertently have to kiss tomorrow.

Help me, O Lord, as always to give my opinion to help others, even if they don’t want to know.

And finally, Lord, help me to remember, when I’m having a bad day

And it seems like some people really have it in for me,

to smile, and tell the bastard to Fuck Off!

 Amen

and also maybe those you don’t.
